- External thermometer to confirm proper disinfection.
- Made with water valves for easy filling and emptying with overflow safety.
- Outside dimensions: 58 cm. high x 35 cm. width x 10 cm. depth.
- Dimensions of the slots for knives: 46 cm 3 slots. long x 7 mm. width (not enter shank tools less than 7 mm. thick).
- Resistance of 1000 W manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304 to 230 V.
- Protector in resistance to prevent the knife pierce.
- Minimum disinfection: 15 minutes (not including timer).
- Switch covered with plastic hood to avoid direct contact with electricity.
